The Memory Map

The O G script — learn the shape, then the words. 2026-09-01

GET IN · FRAME · DISCOVER · COMMIT
PRESENT · CLOSE · WRITE · LOCK
Say those eight out loud right now. Not read — said. Twice. That is the whole call, and it is the hardest part of the job already done.

The eight acts — tap to check yourself

Read the act name and its job. Say the blocks inside from memory. Then tap.

The seventeen lines

The only parts worth learning word for word. Say each one out loud from memory, then check it off. Where you stall is tonight's work.

Lines said cold: 0 / 17

The method

Understand → speak → recall → perform

Out loud, always. Silent reading builds recognition — the oh yeah, I know this feeling. It abandons you the second a real person is breathing on the line. Recall only gets built by making your mouth do it.
One act to mastery beats six acts skimmed. GET IN and FRAME cover eighty percent of this week's calls, because most calls die before act three. Own those two first.

The Holden cut

Not wasted, not dead. Yesterday two problems were fused: not knowing the material, and delivering it in a voice invented the night before. Separate them. Learn Dan's script until it is boring — then the Holden register goes on top, because tonality is a layer and a layer works on any words.

Know it. Then own it. Then style it.

Scaffold only — the script itself lives in Dan's doc. Full map in the vault: og-script-memory-map.md. Tonality: sales-tonalities.md.
